80TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE EL ALAMEIN BATTLE – STATIC LINE AND FREE FALL JUMP IN THE DESERT
PARMA (Italy) – Only a few days to reach the minimum number of paratroopers to fill the military C130H made available for launch on El Alamein. We are at 42, net of some waivers. It will probably be necessary to move the date by 1 week in order to have the necessary days to apply for permits.
The Egyptian parachuting federation, which will issue the final certificate to the participants , intervened to obtain a strong discount from the military forces , bringing the registration fee to 1400 euros (static line ) and 1300 euros for free fall.
Dates (may be delayed by 1 or 2 weeks depending on the permits of the Egyptian authorities)
from 7 to 12 October (static )
from 9 to 12 October (free fall)
The price includes
– 7 and 9 October: welcome at the Cairo airport and transfer to
the hotel
– hotel accomodation in Cairo and El Alamein with breakfast, lunch and dinner
– transfers to the reconditioning base ( static) and transfer of
baggage of paratroopers in El Alamein in the date of the jump
– T10 and T10R parachute rental
– permits and assistances and local fees (they account for about 90 € each)
– logistics on the ground in the desert for parachute recovery and guide patrol
– two-day reconditioning course with final examination by certified instructors, military or civilian, authorized
– jump from C130H on the Folgore battlefield , at some meters from the Commonwealth ones
– transfer to the airport on the day of departure for Italy
